Return Policy
Rebecca Farm Boutique’s interest is in making sure that you are happy with your purchases and our service. The following are the guidelines for Returns and Shipping:
- Returns must be dated within 60 days from delivery date.
- Items must be unused, in saleable condition and with original tag attached.
- All refunds and exchanges for non-defective items exclude shipping and handling charges. Shipping costs will be refunded on defective items only.
Rebecca Farm Boutique recommends using the supplied return shipping label for all product returns. You will receive one per order. All other returns shall be made at customers expense. We suggest using a shipping provider in which you can track your return.
Shipping Policy
- All shipments will go by UPS ground service unless special arrangements have been approved.
- In stock orders will ship within 5-7 business days.
Order Processing
You credit card is charged once your order has been processed.
Orders are processed within 5-7 days of receipt. |
